Deliveries made to some parts of Northern Scotland and other remote areas may take longer to be delivered due to their location.
Do you only deliver to the card holder’s address?
We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable business address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.
I would like to collect my goods in person, can I do this?
Yes you can collect but only by appointment as all our online products need to be dispatched from our warehouse to our sales office for collection. Please email sales@lynx.net.uk with your request.
Where we deliver?
Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands or to Southern Ireland.
Who will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?
We use Initial City Link for the majority of our shipments they work Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30. We cannot specify a delivery time.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders that are placed before 4pm on a working week day that pass our security checks and are in stock are usually dispatched the same day depending on the delivery option you picked.
When will my goods arrive?
Standard deliveries will arrive depending on the time frame you picked for your delivery. We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within your chosen time frame please contact customer services by email and we will track the delivery for you. Email: sales@lynx.net.uk
What if I'm not at home to accept the delivery?
The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
